Specimen variety without overprint. A somewhat mishandled specimen that is nevertheless very scarce. As can be seen from the next lot the PMG population report is a bit misleading, as the catalog number groups together several varieties. Very scarce in this format and essentially as issued, with a serial number range indicating the print run and a tiny CANCELLED perforation. An important opportunity for the Middle East specialist not to be missed.
